We would like to remind you that you must book it by getting in touch with your Local Office at least 12-24 hours before the flight departure.

Flights where the service is available
-medium haul flights: in Business class always, in Economy class on those above 3 hours flight  long haul flights: in Magnifica and in Economy classes always 

The service is available on both Alitalia and Air One flights.
