VAPIANO has sought expert advice to ensure the safety of their guests: together with The German Coeliac Society (DZG), inspection body SGS Institut Fresenius and company Dr. Schär, VAPIANO has developed a sophisticated safety concept. The menu recommendations derived from this have been tested using thorough analytical processes, with the resulting delicious dishes marked on VAPIANOs menu with a special symbol. In doing this, not only are Schär and VAPIANO bringing pleasure to those following gluten-free diets when dining out, but are also greatly improving their quality of life.
